• Orders: when you check out, Shopify collects your name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and the items you buy. Card details are handled by Shopify's secure checkout — we never see or store your full card number.
• Contact form: your name, email, and the message you send us.
• Reviews: your name, email, star rating, and written review. Only your name, rating, and review are shown publicly — your email is never displayed.
• Cart: a cart reference saved in your browser so your items are still there when you come back.
• Cookies: only with your permission for anything beyond what the site needs to work. See our Cookie policy.

• To process, ship, and support your order.
• To reply to your questions.
• To check whether a reviewer bought the product so we can show a "Verified buyer" badge.
• To send you one email about 7 days after your order ships, asking you to review what you bought. Every one of these emails has an unsubscribe link.
• To keep the site secure and working properly.

We don't sell your personal information. We only share it with the services that help us run the store:

• Shopify — products, cart, checkout, payments, and orders.
• Shipping carriers — to deliver your order.
• Our email provider — to send review request emails.
• Cookiebot — to save your cookie choices.

We may also share information when the law requires it.

We keep order information for as long as we need it for accounting, tax, and warranty or return purposes. Messages and reviews are kept until they're no longer needed or you ask us to delete them.

• Ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you.
• Unsubscribe from review emails using the link in any of those emails.
• Change your cookie choices at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
• Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have extra rights under local privacy laws. We'll honor them.

Payments are processed on Shopify's secure checkout. We use encrypted connections and limit who can access customer information.

Our store is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
